Project is a level 5 finish concrete structure designed by architect Mark Singer and built by Crawford Custom Homes of Costa Mesa, California. It is complete-total Crestron system featuring 10 Zones of Distributed Audio, 6 zones of NVX Distributed Video, TSW-1060 touchscreens, TSR310 remotes, Sony 85 and 100” LED TVs, 80 zones of Lighting Control, 25 Basalte Sentido and 16 Crestron International format square keypads, 44 Motorized Shades, 5 HVAC zones, GE Interlogix Security, Holovision access control, Axis IP surveillance cameras, Pakedge and Ruckus Network, Panasonic Hybrid IP Phone system, SureCall Force5 cell booster antenna, and Torus Power WM-90 Power Isolation protection system to power and protect it all.
