This is an expansive beach property in Tampa, Florida, which features motorized shades, full audio/ visual integration and lighting control at the touch of a button. It also featured a smart fireplace, outdoor entertainment, and smart thermostat. We used Control4 as the brain for the home so that all wires were fed back to a technology closet which allowed us to present all operations on one app or universal remote control.
