When it was time to create his ultimate dream home, our client knew Audio Video Intelligence would be able to create a system to accommodate his desire to host parties and entertain his guests without compromising on style. He knew that technology would improve his family’s lifestyle but wanted something that would seamlessly integrate with their modern architecture, nautical design, and family-oriented lifestyle. We took on the challenge and brought in state-of-the-art products from Control4, Sony, Origin Acoustics, Luma, and Araknis as partners to create a cohesive system with Control4 as the main control platform for audio, video, security, lighting and temperature.

The Control4 system that AVI installed is capable of 16 audio zones to accomplish whole-home audio, video distribution throughout the interior and exterior of the house, as well as motorized shading, lighting and temperature controls. Audio Video Intelligence installed small aperture speakers to match the size of the light-fixtures in the kitchen and dining room. These small aperture speakers allow the technology to be present in the home while complementing the design choices. We extended living and entertainment space outdoors and created an outdoor oasis, with 14 outdoor speakers 2 outdoor subwoofers and a 65” outdoor Television. In addition to an outdoor entertainment system, we also installed door access stations at the front, side door, and the garage entrances. With the features from Control4’s Intercom Anywhere mobile app, these intercom stations allow the client to see and interact with whoever is at the door anywhere.
