This fully integrated luxury home features overriding control courtesy of Savant Automation. A centralised racking solution houses the majority of the electronics in an environmentally controlled plant room. There are four distributed video zones which each use 4K Video over IP (via Fiber) for tiling and the highest possible video resolution. A further four audio zones have fully tailored premium speaker packages which are designed to discreetly integrate with the buildings architectural design. Lighting Control, HVAC, Access Control, CCTV, VOIP, Irrigation, Pool Control, Shading, Motorised Windows and Security are all fully managed from the various Savant interfaces either locally or remotely. A remote power management system has been adopted to allow off-site servicing and power cycling for all devices. Notification settings alert the stakeholders of any power or networking anomalies to allow preemptive servicing.
A unique feature of this system is that various lighting keypads through the home trigger user-customizable Savant scenes, giving the client the ability to tailor the customisation as they see fit. The home has been "future-proofed" with an extensive fiber optic backbone to allow for the bandwidth requirements of future networking and video needs.
The home is able to be fully controlled and managed remotely.
