Integrating everything from the TV to the refrigerator, you can control every aspect of this unit from your smart phone (even the master bath toilet has its own control functions!). Want to turn on the shower? Just say the word, and “Siri” will get it warm for you before you even step foot inside. Want to change the mood for a dinner party? Dim the main lighting throughout and allow the glow from the perimeter lighting to shine through. The shades are even programmed to come down 50% in the afternoon to reduce heat and afternoon glare on the computer and electronics. This condo really brings you into the future of tomorrow! All of this is accomplished using smart phones, tablets and in wall keypads.
